A series of historic Gotico apartments sensitively refurbished for short and long term stays. The scheme plays homage to the rich tapestry of artisans in the area engaging with fluid forms of furniture and unexpected sculptural pieces throughout. The brief was to create a home away from
home for guests – more akin to staying in a local person’s apartment than non – offensive spaces designed specifically for short term stays. The
rooftop terrace and pool overlooks the city and the injection of colour is evident from the ground floor gym to intimate circulation spaces.
